Studios
Milo Arts offers affordable studio spaces ranging from 300 to 1,100 square feet with a range of unique amenities. Rent includes basic utilities (water, electric, heat). All residents have access to common bathrooms and a community kitchen, as well as over 11,000 square feet of interior common area, off-street parking, the community garden, picnic/grilling area and fire circle.
Artists applying will be responsible for filling out an application and attending a meet and greet, and will be subject to a voting process that current residents use to accept new applicants. Residents are also responsible for community service hours each month to better the community and surrounding neighborhood.
